5 Технические требования
5.1 Основные показатели и характеристики
5.1.1 Основные показатели и характеристики сильфонов должны соответствовать требованиям настоящего стандарта. По согласованию с заказчиком к сильфонам могут предъявляться специальные дополнительные требования, которые должны быть приведены в ТУ.
5.1.2. Жесткость сильфона должна соответствовать значениям, приведенным в таблицах 2, 4-7.
Предельные отклонения значений жесткости сильфонов, приведенных в таблицах 2, 4-6 не должны быть более ±50% номинальных значений. Поставка сильфонов с другими номинальными значениями жесткости, а также с меньшим или большим предельным отклонением значений жесткости - по согласованию между изготовителем и заказчиком.
5.1.3 Допускается изготовление сильфонов с числом гофров, числом слоев, толщиной слоя, отличными от приведенных в таблицах 2, 4-7. Основные параметры и размеры таких сильфонов приводят в ТУ.
Для сильфонов с измененными числом слоев и/или толщиной слоя основные параметры (жесткость, рабочий ход, рабочее и пробное давление, показатели надежности и показатели безопасности) определяются по методике изготовителя, утвержденной в установленном порядке.
Для сильфонов с измененным числом гофров:
- размер и рабочий ход рассчитывают в соответствии с приложением Д;
- давления наружные пробное , рабочие , и размеры , , , принимают равными соответствующим значениям для сильфонов по таблицам 1-7, имеющих одинаковые толщину слоя и число слоев.
5.1.4 Сильфон должен быть прочным и герметичным. Наружный слой сильфона должен быть герметичным (сплошным).
5.1.5 Сильфон должен выдерживать количество опрессовок пробным давлением в течение назначенного срока службы - в соответствии с требованиями заказчика, но не более 40.
5.1.6 Толщина слоя трубы-заготовки должна соответствовать таблицам 1 и 3. Разностенность труб-заготовок не должна превышать значений поля допуска на толщину слоя, указанного в таблицах 1 и 3.
